I can’t think of any apps that were similar enough to compare.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to install and setup. Do it right from my RMM.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration is not as seamless.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your small go with a MSSP that can add value added services.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?

We love the fact that actual humans go over the automated alerting, really feels like they are a part of your team. The Defender integration is a real game changer.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to control Microsoft Defender was and still is in my opinion a great game changer in the EDR space.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish managing agents was a bit more intuitive and simplified.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Defiantly try this out when looking into EDR capabilities, pricing per agent is very competitive to the other major players.
