What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?
The human element was the real difference maker, both the people reviewing incidents and the techs working in support who were responding to my questions. Also, having access to their team via the Slack channel was a huge benefit.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it worked alongside our existing AV product was great. You don't have to pick and choose, you can have both.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At the time, the automatic isolation was a bit slow to respond to incidents, and there was no manual isolation option (its been about 9 months since I used Huntress, so take this for what its worth).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can't recommend it any more highly. I'm working on getting my current employer to consider deploying it.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?
For me it is the ease of implementation and the functionality. It uses a very simple management console. Has minimal impact on the end-point performance.

What differentiates Huntress Managed Security Platform from other similar products?
They truly create a community of security and attempt to educate their partners WELL after the contract is signed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of deployment
What do you dislike most about this product?
It doesn't monitor Office 365, difficult to deploy to MacOS although the MacOS agent is VERY new
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You'll be surprised what it will find on your machines already, get the reports and branding set up to show your clients what you're looking at in the background.
