What differentiates ActiveCampaign from other similar products?
We've used other providers, but this one has much more sophisticated, easy-to-use automation options and a drag-and-drop email editor.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automations in ActiveCampaign are strong and adaptable. I can create complex workflows that seamlessly handle everything from customer onboarding to promotions thanks to the wide range of triggers and actions that can be accessed. I trust that my clients receive correct and timely communications since the automations operate with consistency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customer service is sometimes slow to respond, although they are helpful when they do.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Thanks to its easy-to-use interface, ActiveCampaign simplifies managing contacts, setting up campaigns, and creating automations. You won't need any technical knowledge to navigate it easily. Companies looking to centralize their CRM and email correspondence will find it quite beneficial.

the favorite aspect of this software is that it made easy and efficient workflow with increased client participation. Client engagement made sales much better and this is all happening with help of software

it is common complain with this software which is little high pricing. it is little complex in its some of features not all of them but some are very detailed and Stergiou

its some very helpful features made it hit in the sales but pricing skills it s buzz.... pricing should be manageable even for basic skill level.
