What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable stands out from others as it empowers non-technical users to construct powerful, automated, and structured workflows with minimal effort. A large range of pre-built templates create easiness for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable not only plays a vital role in a few areas but also does multi-dimensional tasking in different areas operations. It is flexible in giving views options for us. We can customize views per role or function, thus making it more user-centric than other rigid BPM platforms. Keeping the eyes on the different updates and work together in one place is now not difficult in real-time. It also provides customizable dashboards to help us in generating role-based applications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven’t come across any of its negative aspects, as it provides many advantageous traits such as time tracking skills, licenses, reporting, and integration capabilities to streamline our workflow. It also gives detailed reporting for a regulatory hold on our workflow.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With the proper deployment, training sessions, and automation capabilities, Airtable can become a valuable tool to streamline workflow and enrich collaboration across teammates. Take a start with basic functioning instead of directly going on complex one.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

We use AirTable as our "single source of truth" for several corporate data sets and have found it very useful for obtaining accurate information and presenting it to various stakeholder groups. Another benefit is that the ability to share views of a data set eliminates the need to work with spreadsheet filters. Everyone can see the same data when a view is shared.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The collaborative nature and real-time data accessibility are attractive features. At Airtable, we have the ability to create a wide range of projects and, once established, we have the freedom to modify them in response to changing development requirements. The most interesting feature is that the data is updated and AirTable is updated simultaneously.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are some inconsistencies in the admin panel, it's confusing to know who is the editor of which OU, etc.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an extremely powerful tool with a variety of visualization options, giving you great flexibility in how you and your team choose to examine the data, and it has strong online collaboration features. It has more than 20 features that you would like to see in your regular spreadsheet software.
