What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

Airtable is most suited for small enterprises and teams inside bigger organizations, as opposed to Trello, which is best suited for large groups, creators and implementers, and people who make dreams come true.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There is a seamless transition between each client's workstations. As a result, many client workspaces are conceivable, and it is simple to manage them. Using AirTable, you can create a polished and professional survey/application form in only a few minutes. In addition to a broad range of options, conditional formatting allows you to create longer surveys while still keeping everything tidy and orderly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

AirTable would benefit from the option to specify upload parameters for items such as pictures. Consider if you could set the required size, file type, and so on, and it would reject any file or picture kind that did not meet the specifications. Instead than asking for information in many places, a single contact form with email, name, and phone number would be preferable.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Google Forms users who prefer a more aesthetically pleasing platform can use Airtable. This is a great option if you have a lot of clients to take care of at once. Being able to find everything in one place has saved me many hours of work time.

There is no frequent updating of the system and it also lacks accounting features

Database management solution that is designed for teams and businesses of all sizes and it serves as a very flexible and mobile-friendly database management solution.

What differentiates Airtable from other similar products?

API and integration It is undoubtedly one of the most relevant characteristics of the system. The API that Airtable automatically gives you allows you to connect third-party applications (Gmail, Typeform, Slack…) to your databases. To integrate the API with other applications there are two ways to do it: Either using Airtable's own API system and creating a customized solution, or connecting with an integration system such as Zapier or Integromat.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Airtable offers an option to link the records of different cells and create relationships between the existing tables. Post views In an Excel or Google Spreadsheets sheet there is only one type of row view and if one user wants to hide or freeze columns, everyone else will be forced to see those changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more customizable views, even as if a record reference CSS and HTML display option was awesome.
