BambooHR is a platform that not only allows you to manage a company's current employees as well as its competitors, but also offers a wide variety of service ranging from talent search to a time tracking system, payroll and management of tutoring material for current employees. In addition, it offers a better search for talent in a more specific way than other platforms, with Bamboo you can find talent with a much more complete search engine that helps you get the best candidate for any area, be it marketing, sales or another area of your company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the work hours tracking system, this is essential since the platform automatically detects the time an employee has entered and the time they have left their office, this helps us to account for the total work hours without having to do it manually, in addition, the Payroll system is quite complete, it allows you to make payroll payments online in a very simple way and making any type of deduction from the total payment that corresponds to the employees. The employee management system allows for adding tutoring material to improve the knowledge and performance of currenty employees its is very helpful to improve employee capacity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We haven't experienced any failures in the employee management, talent management and workforce management functions that BambooHR has provided us with, it has performed very well in my company.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My main recommendation is that people who are considering using Bamboo, fully connect this platform and integrate it with all the task and project development services and many other platforms that are used in the work environment, in this way the platform will be more accurate in measuring work performance and will be able to improve the workforce in an automated way.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

Need more functionality features that integrates with either Microsoft office suite or OKTA.

I don't like the feature of requesting vacation days

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?

You can easily monitor all your employees with Bamboo. You can keep records of your education, training, salary, and other relevant data from your current and previous jobs. Keeping notes and having access to all the information you may need in one place is the best thing I have discovered.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how intuitive it is; It's a big improvement over Workday. The feature set and compatibility with our other SAAS applications are also top-notch. The working hours are really excessive. I can make good use of BambooHR thanks to its easy-to-use interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The features are insufficient. After the deadline, only people with full access can make changes to the time off request. As a result, my HR team is slow. The ability to modify vacation requests after the due date has passed should be a configurable feature. Employee scheduling and vacation time are handled by our company managers, not human resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

BambooHR is great because it is easy to use and navigate. Because it's easy to explore and "correct" information that needs updating, Bamboo is a tool I frequently rely on in my role as an HR partner to conduct internal reviews.
