What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be interesting to have an option to put projects for specific workgroups, as sometimes confidential information is handled for companies and clients that can get lost along the way. Sometimes we would like to have more flexibility in the software to better adapt to our projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Basecamp to any type of company because of the high productivity it brings to all the companies where it has been installed becoming the day to day of these, its cost may seem a little high, but all the features it has make it worth every penny. The customer service is quite good and they are always online to solve each of our problems.

Basecamp has eliminated the need to check for status updates and deadlines everywhere. Less time spent seeking for things is usually advantageous since it allows for more time spent working. We are capable of simply and successfully organizing all incoming responsibilities for website projects. It enables us to connect with the development team in real time and allocate tasks as needed.

We used to email our graphic artists with content requests before we had Basecamp. I enjoy how you may create separate places for each project or establish many projects under one account. There's a lot of leeway, but components like the calendar, to-dos, and message board keep everyone on track. Basecamp is constantly improving its product to increase productivity. Their expanded roster will make a significant difference in project work as well as large campaigns. What I appreciate best is the option to write extensive remarks, attach photographs, and converse with colleagues and graphic designers in the comments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that it sets a due date to a chart and I have no way of knowing whether or not the designer has begun working on it. I know that when the designer starts working on anything on Monday, they bookmark it.

Basecamp is an excellent tool for keeping track of all your tasks, as well as providing thorough instructions and feedback.
