Well canva has integration with other products like google drive, asana, slack which makes it different from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the feature of creating images through small prompts. It makes beautiful, stunning and relevant images in matter of seconds.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its desktop version is great but mobile one has a complex user interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend it.

What differentiates Canva Enterprise from other similar products?

Canva has more features than any other product I've used. I've tried so many but always end up coming back to Canva. One thing that really sets it apart is consumer interaction. The live Canva Create events are so fun to be involved in and its something I hope to be a part of in person someday. Overall, I feel like Canva really cares about the end user, their experience and making life easier and more enjoyable for us.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the creativity it allows you to unlock. The templates are probably my favourite. Even if I don't like them in their entirety, I like that I have the option to customise as much as I want. I also find inspiration from templates that I don't use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes, features are introduced that are not at their highest performance level. For example, I loved the introduction of Canva Code, but quickly got frustrated with the outputs I was receiving. There was a lot of trial and error and hit and miss moments. After time it improves, but I wish they tested the full functionalities and capabilities in broader scenarios before launching.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with a trial or the free version and see if you like it. Play around with it and get comfortable with the features to make sure it's what you need. If you think you need to hire a graphic designer, try this first! It's a time saver and a game changer!

Canva Enterprise stands out because it allows teams to quickly create professional-quality designs without requiring advanced design skills, that saves lots of time. During my internship, we used it to create marketing collateral, presentation decks, social media posts, and visuals for partner communications. The AI-powered features, Brand Kit, and collaboration tools helped to maintain consistent branding while reducing the time required to create new content. Everything was available on a single platform, making the design workflow significantly more efficient.

My favorite feature is the combination of pre-built templates and AI-powered design tools at one place. They enabled us to produce high-quality creatives much faster while maintaining brand consistency. Real-time collaboration also made it simple to gather feedback and update designs without requiring multiple versions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform is very simple to use, but some advanced features are exclusive to higher-tier plans. For highly detailed or complex graphic design work, dedicated professional design software remains more flexible. Managing a large number of design assets necessitates good organizational skills to keep projects structured.

I recommend that you set up your Brand Kit and shared templates before your team begins creating content. This ensures design consistency and speeds up production.
