easy to implement

What do you dislike most about this product?

pricing has increased dramatically

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will likely check most or all of the boxes, but Admin UI can be a bit clunky even though you can get the job done. Pricing increased lately by over 3x what we paid prior for no new features that provided real benefit to our company or our users

What differentiates Cerberus FTP Server from other similar products?

It stands out for its balance of strong security and ease of management. It supports multiple secure transfer protocols, detailed auditing and granular user permissions which making it simple to manage compliant file transfers without adding unnecessary complexity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The centralized administration is my favorite feature. Managing users, monitoring transfers and reviewing logs can all be done from a single console which saves time for the IT team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The platform handles secure file transfers well but configuring advanced transfer workflows and user permissions can be a bit time consuming during the initial setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend evaluating your security, compliance and integration requirements before deployment. It is a solid choice for organizations that need secure, reliable managed file transfers but investing time in configuring user permissions, authentication and monitoring upfront will help you get the best long term value from the platform.
