It is more complex than most products out there, and we didn't believe in their promise at first, but when it clicked, it did with a blast!

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

ClickUp is organized in a way that allows any team to ensure consistent prioritization and fair distribution of workload. It brings everything together in one place, helping teams get everything they need to ensure a smooth workflow with ease.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like ClickUp’s scheduling capabilities, where when a task is added to the list, the closing dates are monitored and tracked by ClickUp, and this helps us enhance our efforts to complete the task on time so that other tasks are not affected. I like that ClickUp keeps communication channels open, so we can ensure that updates are delivered immediately in all circumstances. I like the ease of setting up and filling out forms, the reports and dashboards are great and allow us to view all the details and statistics efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I don’t like about ClickUp, it turns regular to-do lists into a hub for collecting information and updates, and allows us to merge them and form a comprehensive documentation and follow-up base.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ClickUp keeps all tasks tracked, and documentation with it keeps the database updated constantly. With it, accurate information is quickly accessed, and the always open communication channels keep everything under control at all times.

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?

I think ClickUp is one of the more customisable project management tools I've ever seen so far. Teammembers can organize tasks in several ways and have all documentation, reports and the tracking of tasks in the same workspace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility is its strength. The ability to toggle between views (Lists, Board, Gantt, Calendar) gives me great ways to see the project status as it relevant for the audience at the moment.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's so much functionality, it's quite daunting when you first get started. You'll need a period of trial and error to get set up in a way that makes sense for the team.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Begin with basic tasks, and gradually incorporate some of your automation functionality, which should make the transition to managing your tasks more flexible, as your team grows and begins to understand the functions of your new platform.
