What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?
Confluence is a secondary tool that we use in our company in order to complement our Jira software, through Confluence we perform various tasks and activities that have to do with the creation of all types of content from statistical to multimedia, supporting in a great way all the activities we do in Jira. All the documentation of our company is managed through Confluence in an orderly and efficient way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Due to the large amount of data and private files we handle we love the two-step verification login option, which keeps us quite calm about the safekeeping of our information, the tagging of people is quite useful as we can even leave comments at the end for the person in question that we require to review the files. We can create standard procedures that help us save a lot of time for us and our clients.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like to have more editing options in the tables, this in order to better convey the ideas and information that we are raising in them and that is much easier to understand. The style of the tool is a bit restricted, we would like it to be more editable to adapt it to the image changes that may be taking effect in the company. Editing files in real time with teams is a much missed option.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For small and medium companies that need to continuously monitor the information is the most useful thing that exists in the market, however, for teamwork in real time files is not very useful, in the future if this option is applied could become indispensable in many companies. The customer service is outstanding, maintains a great cordiality and help us in short periods of time with the solutions we need.
