What differentiates Confluence from other similar products?

Great to for documenting SOP and knowledge base (in comparison to Azure DevOps)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Great for documentation and integration with Jira

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes. Just a bit of learning curve is required.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it. The tool is fairly intuitive
