Persons not familiar with computers sometimes struggle with non-intuitive processes.

easy enough to work with if we have tax questions or get letters from tax agencies that we don't know how to handle

It is different in that the interface experience is intuitive because it offers a simple and easy way to use for administrators and employees, which is productive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like real-time technology and experience is a favorite aspect I have experienced due to its ability to simplify human capital management, provide timely and valuable information, and offer a pleasant and effective user experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I do not like the management of certain administrative processes since within the platform it can be complex or require additional steps that could be simplified.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend due to advanced analytics capabilities that allow organizations to gain actionable data on workforce and operations.
