What differentiates Drift from other similar products?

The ease of use and the quick start of it. It is easy for anyone to learn how to use it - no big onboarding needed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The UX design - everything makes sense, every button.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The notification settings to the browser does not always work.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it without a guide and see how easy it is :)

What differentiates Drift from other similar products?

Better than many other AI chatbots especially self made ones, but a good self made one can be more effective than Drift

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easy to use and easy to learn even for beginners

What do you dislike most about this product?

lack of understanding when users are online or offline. can add to workload rather than efficiency

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

better to have a dedicated customer support department than a tool like this

What differentiates Drift from other similar products?

Unlike others Drift Conversation Cloud has the ability to initiate proactive conversations, its artificial intelligence to answer frequently asked questions and its ability to schedule meetings directly from the chat. These features set it apart from other similar programs by offering a more personalized and efficient experience for our customers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like it because it helps improve communication with our customers. This product addresses business issues such as real-time customer service, lead generation and response automation, multi-channel conversation management, message personalization and CRM integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

However, some CRM integration with other systems is not so good and can be complicated to integrate with existing solutions, however, this problem does not significantly affect our overall experience with the software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this software for companies looking to improve their conversations with customers and optimize their communication processes.
