I like the ease of customizing Dynamics 365 Commerce The software comes with great features making a great retail POS Learning to use it is easy

Sincere it's customizable and cost friendly, I recommend Dynamics 365 Commerce to any business in need of such Solution.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?

Most people use Microsoft anyways, so there is that level of comfort there already.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is familiar in a sense and in some aspects, not terrribly difficult.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A better drop down selection; took me some time to naviagate the portal and find what I needed, initially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Def. look into getting a discounted rate if possible- easily acessible program.

What differentiates Dynamics 365 Commerce from other similar products?

Report generation, forms customization, ledger/voucher creation /posting is all a piece of cake for this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to easily create and send emails, access CRM from your mobile device (using Google Chrome) and integrate with Google Sheets

What do you dislike most about this product?

a bit pricey
