Their responsiveness to customers

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it runs 24/7 which helps me have the peace of mind regarding security

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price. It is too expensive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research and pick company based on your own requirements. There are many good companies in this sector which offer better price point. eSentier is definitely good but not the best solution for everyone. Look for someone who can tailor to your needs and doesn’t offer a “blanket” solution

Threat Intelligence Security threat intelligence feed integration with ability to update multiple uses and control updating behaviors.

IOC Focus and Management Should include a wide variety of IOCs, but is more focused on behaviors and behavioral detection; IOCs are not as simple to manage.

Automated Threat Hunting Continuous detection and notification of of anomalous or suspicious events and behaviors

Real-Time Threat and Anomaly Detection Real-time or near real time threat detection of attacks and anomalous behavior.
