What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?

I believe, in particular, their training and tech support stand above others. We also appreciate their use of Google's mapping on their platform. Many others use their own maps, which are not familiar, or user friendly. Pricing is competitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their customer service and tech support are particularly capable., knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to try and resolve an issue.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The bugs. When we started with GPS Insight, we were sent a new model of GPS hardware to install in our trucks. This hardware has had MANY bugs! Most of which have considerably impacted our ability to utilize the GPS tracking in an effective way. We have also encountered useability issues with their "new" portal and erroneous reports. However, in every instance, tech support answers the phone immediately and works diligently to resolve. I wish our sales rep had told us, prior to our entering the sales contract, that we would be the Guinea pigs for new device line.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Identify the GPS hardware they plan to ship to you. If it is their new XT25R device, I would get some assurances from the sales rep that the bugs have been worked out. As of this writing, there are still a few, rather frustrating issues that are still open.

What differentiates GPS Insight from other similar products?

GPS Insight is very detailed and can give coaching opportunities to assist with your team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Able to see all my techs or group them up and see certain group i.e Sales, GA Trucks, SC Trucks, Service, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Gathering reports with videos are a little more difficult to get.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, GPS insight is a very good software to track your team and coach them thru any driving issues they may have,
