What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

Advances in technology and especially the addition of Copilot recently. Understandably, it's an analytics tool that's in the lead for AI-powered analytics with its capability to generate DAX calculations, create report narratives, and even generate draft visuals via natural language prompts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The visual for the Smart Narrative. It automatically processes the data on the page and provides text summaries of the data trends and anomalies that are found. This saves hours of hard work analysing charts and have rich context for charts for the non-technical user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Such frequent changes may also disrupt current custom visualizations and make minor adjustments to the interface, meaning there's always a learning curve to figure out every month. Being up-to-date with the new features takes extra time on your part and occasionally some preview features are a bit buggy.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Continue engaging in the Power BI community, updating release notes. Use the new AI capabilities (such as Copilot) but remember to test the logic that this AI generates, particularly for more complex DAX measures, before deployment to production.

What differentiates Microsoft Power BI from other similar products?

As we use MS office, Power BI seamlessly sync between MS EXCEL and Power BI which makes work easy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dashboard Building options, Options available under Tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

Little complicated user interface while handling complex CSV file data

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dealing with large Dump data CSV file, Power BI is tool as blessings

Easy to share even on mobile it makes it very user friendly. It connects with most of the source of data makes it special

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Sharing reports with my pears even if they are using phones. row level security and more creative dashboard, its dax feature adds more

What do you dislike most about this product?

Use of M language instead java or python which most of the people know

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this software if someone is in analytics they must use it
