What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Quality product, value is a differential, optimal cost, trust in the exchange of information, and high quality performance

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Video calls, voice calls and messaging, these functions make our daily lives easier

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like it but it is a necessary security, only companies authorized by administrators can talk to employees, at the same time it is a positive point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can buy it without fear, it is a product with excellent quality, great for large and small companies, easy and very good to work with

Teams works really well with apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, making collaboration smooth for businesses.

sometimes get disconnected abruptly and crashes

Go for it,..Microsoft Teams is a chat-based workspace in Office 365. It brings together people, conversations and content along with the tools that teams need so they can easily collaborate to achieve more.
