I can't imagine a workday without Microsoft Teams

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Seamless access to all Microsoft applications and so easy to learn and add new features

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It made us able to move to work from home quickly and practically with no impact to work and functionality

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't think of anything!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will make your team effective at working remotely like no other application out there. It can be helpful to direct teams on what to use when - chat is best for short communications, teams is for project management, longer communications are most effective still via a call or an email (or both)

Better than the competition. if you need chat / voice / meeting software for your business, this is the best

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It presents the minimum functionalities for this type of needs. It offers corporate integration possibilities that I consider to be superior to its direct competitor google.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the facility to share files and to link emails and corporate users to meetings in two clicks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The learning curve is slow. People with apple have difficulty connecting. When creating small rooms, it is very difficult to configure to be able to make other people rotate through the rooms. External guests often have trouble connecting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It presents the minimum functionalities for this type of needs. It offers corporate integration possibilities that I consider to be superior to its direct competitor google.
