Powerful for Collaboration, but Can Feel Heavy

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams stands out for its deep integration with Microsoft 365 apps like Word, Excel, and Outlook. It combines chat, video calls, file sharing, and collaboration tools all in one place, making it a powerful hub for workplace communication and productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is how smoothly it integrates with Office apps, allowing you to collaborate on documents in real time without leaving the platform. It keeps everything connected and efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I dislike most about Microsoft Teams is that it can feel slow and heavy, especially on older devices. Sometimes the interface feels cluttered, making it harder to navigate quickly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re considering Microsoft Teams, make sure your device can handle it smoothly—preferably with good RAM and a stable internet connection. Take time to explore its features and organize your teams and channels properly. If you're already using Microsoft 365, Teams is a great all-in-one solution.

PowerPoint Live makes talks better.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There are great presenter tools on teams' PowerPoint Live that make it better than GoToMeeting for slide shows. It's my online stage where I show demos to clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

PowerPoint Live lets me see my notes secretly while sharing slides, which helps me stay on track. I can change my pace based on how the crowd reacts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no live notes on the slides, so you'll need a whiteboard to make notes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams' PowerPoint Live is a great tool for pitched ideas.

  • Efficient Service
  • Inspires Innovation
  • Saves Time
