What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Instant messaging on teams is really fast as compared to other I guess.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to give control of your system to someone else so that you can get the errors in your system fixed by someone else.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not allow me to forward long pieces of code to my peers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to share any kind of file be it a large file, you can easily share it with someone here.

The unavailability of customisation.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It could be a great tool for insurance & formal banking but not for fintech & startups.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization is 0 (zero), the UX is not really active, it is not a fun tool to use.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a startup select Slack instead.
