What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

- Integration with others Microsoft products - Bigger number of third party apps available in the store - Collaboration concept covering features like planning, messaging and documents library

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration features are very fully integrated

- Teams app only allows one work or school account - Cannot use Alias

If you need a great collaboration platform where messaging, shared documents, calls and videoconferences are frequently used, please consider to use Teams.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is a great tool since it allows me to quickly communicate with coworkers, outside consultants, and customers. Integration with other Microsoft products is fantastic. It integrates particularly smoothly with Outlook. It's a simple yet powerful tool for facilitating communication inside and across offices.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This program makes it simple for me to hold virtual meetings with participants located anywhere in the world. The program makes it simple for me to show my colleagues what I'm working on and for them to see it on their screens. Microsoft Teams comes highly recommended from me. Ability to schedule meetings. In particular, I am excited about the IM functionality and the incorporation of Lync's availability indication into Outlook's presence view.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Users may experience some confusion due to the file hierarchy, and adding individuals from outside the company may prove difficult. Needs a rock-solid Internet connection.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I work for a large corporation, and our organization has found that the Microsoft Teams program is the best way to facilitate communication between our numerous locations and our many remote workers. I can maintain contact easily and at any time. Across the country and the globe, we employ many specialists from various locations. I am responsible for the complete coordination of the project therefore It is very crucial to keep connected to individuals.
