Mindtickle perfect for training our sales agents

What differentiates Mindtickle from other similar products?

In our company this software is very useful as it helps us to train all our new employees in the area of sales and customer service. It has very useful tools and features such as performance metrics, which allow us to know the progress of their training and their progress.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a very easy to use platform, no employee has needed any additional help to get into the program. Everything we have uploaded to the software has been flawless. It has very good resolution for videos, which is important for smooth and fast learning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The application can be heavy, depending on the amount of information that is uploaded. The loading and downloading of videos and courses, is quite slow and heavy, which makes it tedious. Navigation through the platform should be more organic, since many times I want to move from one course to another and this process becomes very cumbersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best software for training our staff, It saved us a lot of time in training new sales agents and allowed them to be trained in a more dynamic and comfortable way. The evaluation process is very easy and useful. Without a doubt I recommend it and it is worth investing in this software, because it makes the implementation of workshops, courses and trainings much more practical.
