What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are numerous functions, and the software is extremely dependable. We are pleased with the system because it has a highly user-friendly interface. A one-stop shop for all your asset management needs, with comprehensive features spanning a wide range of services. It's simple to monitor and track with unique IDs. Modules are highly adaptable and robust and can readily integrate with other tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Deployment and learning are time-consuming due to a large number of functionalities. User interfaces should be improved to make the process as simple as possible. It is often problematic to connect data to other applications, whether they are in-house built or off-the-shelf. In terms of the user interface, it could be improved. The updates are not automatic where manual intervention is required. Therefore, the time it takes to take action can be shortened.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The software was recommended to us due to its outstanding features. The PeopleSoft software is a great business management tool. Several tools are available that allow you to keep track of your costs and find ways to reduce them. Some of the features include financial management and portfolio management.

Oracle Peoplesoft is great tool to have lot of integration with connecting tools, also customization is available which makes the product unique.

Oracle PeopleSoft is the great tool to have he complex scenario business and I would suggest to use this tool for complex scenarios.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would say this is the great product anyway every products has few limitations in terms of service, Cloud integration is the area where they needs to be improved.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

With Oracle PeopleSoft, the management of workforce, work schedules, payrolls, management of employees’ data and all related stuff is being managed here with ease. When there is no room for mistakes, you will encounter less issues and with perfect management system by your side you will have all the room for creativity as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the most important section that usually seems like not so important; Human Resource and its management makes a difference in companies overall performance. We, at our company, use Oracle PeopleSoft and from what I can assure you, this one will make a huge and clear difference in your companies HR department.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion, mobile version is not as friendly as it may present at first. We were really happy before that it comes with a mobile version but now that we are using it, it’s not what we thought of it. If you rely on mobile apps, it might not be a great option for you.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle PeopleSoft suits all companies and all business sizes but one of the most notable factor here is its pricing. We are a big enterprise and we surely could afford it but if you are company on tight budget, you should consider other options as well. It is more suitable for companies of large sizes in my overall opinion.
