What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?

I used product board to plan research quarterly with product managers and designers, speaking with them to mark currently listed projects for research for the upcoming months. It was unique in that we could all see the projects listed and I could add them to my own board and mark urgency, etc. I would say the most unique part was the way everyone used it for for different and yet collaborative purposes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because of all the different ways productboard was used by people within the organization, it made it easy to reference, review, and collaborate on listed projects, leading to high organization across different roles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the process of tagging things, it was still pretty manual. I recall sometimes once tagging something it would disappear from a board and it would take awhile to find it again, especially if tagging with a certain date.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think about your current collaboration tools and what your needs are. If you need a tool that has multiple functions that lots of people can access and view, consider this one.

What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?

Its much more easy to use and more straightfoward than other apps.

How easily the app integrates with other apps and how it consolidates information in a simple way

What do you dislike most about this product?

Exporting data experience could be improved. IT could be more user-friendly.

Make the most of productboard's integrations. By connecting it with the other tools you already use, you can automate workflows, save time, and keep all your product information in one place.

What differentiates Productboard from other similar products?

As a product manager, I constantly seek data and information from various sources to plan new features for my product. New feature requests can come from customers, CSM teams,, Sales, presales,. Gathering all this information through emails, calls, or messaging tools can be challenging. I have been using Productboard for over a year. Its beauty lies in its ability to keep complete track of all your notes and provides single source of truth of product related plans. You can tag, create custom statuses, and define severities. I can maintain both a personal Feature Board and a Team Feature Board.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It offers integration capabilities, allowing my field-facing team or customers to provide feedback or report issues. It provides automations based on keywords, so all relevant topics automatically appear in my Insight Board (assigned to me).

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all; you can effortlessly begin your journey with Productboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely Business and product owner, Productboard provides an interface for all my sources to submit their requests as notes, which are automatically assigned to me (designated users). This makes it easy to track and validate requests, incorporating them into my product planning. Productboard helps me clearly define my product roadmap and make informed decisions. You can create your own custom dashboards and feature broad to achieve your product vision.
