The biggest difference for me is how quickly I can turn a rough product discussion into something the whole team understands. I don't spend time explaining roadmap slides in every meeting because the roadmap itself is clear enough. It keeps conversations focused on priorities instead of formatting or presentation.

It's an excellent, integrated online program that helps us stay focused on our company, and it's more than simply a Gantt chart.

My favorite aspect of the ProductPlan tool is the integrated feature that helps keep our business focused. Also, the dra-and-drop feature comes with ease for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I really don't like about ProductPlan is that If I make a mistake, there is no way to go back. Additionally, if there is a component delay or whatever, I have to manually move a ton of items one at a time even if I may have things connected.

Honestly, I would recommend ProductPlan to someone considering it right now because of the ease of use and it has an excellent user interface and visuals. I would highly suggest it for anyone.
