What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rippling is well designed with simple UI that is easy to onboard for new users. The customer support team is highly knowledgeable and has assisted our staff to succeed in most projects. It is easy to navigate across the application.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Honestly, I don't dislike anything from Rippling. The latest upgrades and AI integrations are efficient.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Rippling is powerful and highly effective application for IT and HR teams. It is easy to integrate with entire organization digital devices and monitor operations from unified location.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
It is easy to establish efficient global workforce system that makes it easier to manage employee salary across different locations. It has sttreamlined revenue management and orchestrated planning models.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Rippling processes employee salary faster and accurately as compared to other platforms. The customer support team is proactive and ever ready to provide help when needed. It offers real-time insights from different payslips and it is easy to manage employee information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The network can be slow sometimes when working on multiple projects. The reporting tool is detailed but has a steep learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is the right application for managing industry finances and managing employee salaries. It is easy to manage various integrations from one dashboard and I totally recommend it.

What differentiates Rippling from other similar products?
Rippling is the best system I have used. In my HR background, I have worked with mulitple systems and Rippling continues to impress. It is highly functional and the AI feature rounds out the ease of everyday processes. I had the opportunity to interview for a new position in another company and the very first thing I would have done was implement Rippling. I could not ever imagine going back to using any other software - it would be like going back to the stone age.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have grown to love the AI function. At first, I was skeptical, but use it every day - whether to run reports or easily find information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We are working on Performance Evaluations and we are having a hard time with the system not defaulting to the Manager for reviews. Our company wants HR to complete the review, but the system keeps defaulting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Buy it! It is worth the cost! Your daily tasks will become much easier and information will be easier to input and later find. If you are on the fence, I recommend using a trial period to see if Rippling is a good fit for you.
