What differentiates SAP SuccessFactors HCM from other similar products?

SAP SuccessFactors is different because it works best for big global companies, gives strong local compliance, and connects smoothly with other SAP systems. It’s a full HR suite covering everything from hiring to payroll, making it stronger for complex, multinational needs compared to others like Workday or Oracle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of SAP SuccessFactors is that it brings all HR processes into one place – from hiring to payroll – making it easier for companies to manage people globally.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I dislike most about SAP SuccessFactors is that it can be complex and costly to implement, and users often need extra training to use all the features well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Invest in user training and change management so employees get the most value

The way you can evaluate candidates based on past performance data and simulations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is really good in tracking interactions with potential hires. The onboarding process is highly streamlined.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SAP can definitely do something on the custom reports, it shouldn't be that complex really.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SAP, according to my 8 years of experience is very suitable for midsizes and above for hxm experiences.

First for, SAP product is always trustable and all functionality are meet which we required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Easy to use, no documentation required to run. - Like most, since mobile application is available we can take action through our cell phone. - All the features required for HR module are available. - Faster than other app.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no dislike from my end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend everyone to use this software for HR module.
