End-user acceptance is nearly guaranteed due to the user-friendly interface and straightforward search features. The platform can do a lot, so no matter where I start – coaching and skills management, courses and certification, or content management – there is no limit to what I can accomplish with it. Furthermore, they are regularly releasing new and valuable features and functions. Now that I’m a member of their customer support program, it’s clear how much they listen to their clients and act on their suggestions.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The communication capabilities of Seismic are quite helpful to me. Their link design provides a more polished appearance than standard hyperlinks, enabling emails with attention-grabbing subject lines and interesting content. The ability to quickly respond to customer inquiries while also having vital information at my fingertips is made possible by having access to engagement data when it is available. This data offers insightful information about customer behavior that can then be used for specific message campaigns or team collaboration by creating shared folders that are easily accessible through the platform’s internal document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Product documentation is out of date and difficult to locate. They have their language for their product, so there is a minor learning curve in terms of new vocabulary and so on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My sales staff can access, share, and analyze content using Seismic very easily. Marketing can also use Seismic to track which content is most valuable. I appreciate how simple it is to update decks using the built-in templates. I also appreciate how simple it is to conduct a resource search. In addition to being simple to create and share information, it also offers a wonderful user experience.
