What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet provide uniqui Ticketing system and project management tool , it allows automated assigning tasks and tickets easily to the team members beside the Dashboard which let the Managers know where the projects are and different type of views from Dynamic view and Grid view which allow the customization for which columns are allowed to be shown and which columns could be hidden , Smartsheet Solution center provide various templates are ready to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best in this product is the Automation process and the various type of templates and the Dash board , The automation process facilitate a lot of manual works and the Dashboard gives all the required data for the management to see where the projects process are

What do you dislike most about this product?

i didn't found something can dislike in Smartsheet , but what i noticed that the sheet capacity Cannot have more than 7000 rows and after this number the sheet is hanging , so if the sheet capacity increased this will be better

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product allow integration to external cloud and can easily attach all the documents to the sheet which gives extra benefit to their system and easily review the tickets content

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

Smartsheet's pricing was very attractive for us, as well as its simplicity. You could do almost everything in Excel that you can do in Smartsheet, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Just because it lacks some of the other bells and whistles other project management software touts doesn't make it inferior. It does what it does well without a lot of fluff.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to use. We had training, but we could have skipped it because the product is so easy to use. Easily the best part of Smartsheet is how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'd love more reporting capabilities, but it's not bad. We found that a lot of the features we saw in other products were very impressive, but could be unnecessary. Just keep it simple.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Remember that you don't need fancy, expensive software. Bigger and shiner isn't always better! Give it a try and see what you think. I bet you can do 99% of what you truly need to do with Smartsheet. The rest of the 1% isn't that big of a deal.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It allows me to communicate data with external partners on the instrument board and gather data with the Form tool also It's extremely useful for data communication inside a team esp when HIPAA compliance is required.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet most helpful feature is it's easy user interface which makes it an excellent organizational tool also it was simple and quick for numerous employees from across the team to commit.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Personally I feel that the software is the one of the best I have no negativity about.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's biggest advantage is it's sleek and modern UI. Creating and sharing filters here has been the easiest in any of the spreadsheet softwares I have used the options for this are logical,easy to understand and intuitive. I highly recommend Smartsheets as the spreadsheet software to use.
