It's different from other programs because it allows me to monitor agency goals, update my team and stakeholders on our progress, and strengthen dialogue amongst everyone involved in developing the Agency's long-term plan.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Smartsheet's flexibility in allowing me to tailor worksheets to my team's and my projects' unique requirements is one of my favorite features. I've made spreadsheets for keeping tabs on due dates, organizing creative resources, sifting through data, and plenty more. Because we can all update the same spreadsheet at once, the technology is also great for teamwork.

What do you dislike most about this product?

may be complicated for people who have never used a project management tool or a spreadsheet before. The layout is straightforward, but the sheer number of features may be overwhelming for first-time users.

Smartsheet is a tool I use every day to handle projects, and I highly suggest it. I was able to improve my productivity and maintain my sanity in a high-stakes setting thanks to the platform's adaptability and real-time collaboration features.

I highly recommend Smartsheet to any construction company looking to streamline their project management processes and increase collaboration. While the pricing may be a bit steep, the benefits of increased efficiency, organization, and collaboration are well worth the investment.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

We have a lot of external staff in our company, so we needed a tool to help us manage our tasks efficiently. We chose Smartsheet because it is user-friendly and has many features. The templates are also handy for new staff to Smartsheet, as they can follow the examples and get started quickly. Another feature we like is the toolbar, which is similar to Excel. It makes it easy to edit and format our sheets, and it doesn’t feel unfamiliar to staff who are used to working with spreadsheets. We also appreciate the filter function, which lets us sort and search our data by various criteria.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We have to make reports often, and the Solution Center has ready-made templates that we can use or modify as we need. Another thing we like about Smartsheet is the simplicity of its interface. It feels like using desktop software, even though it’s cloud-based. As a marketing company, we work on projects that require us to break down our tasks into smaller units. Smartsheet is perfect for this, as it has a WBS (work breakdown structure) feature that lets us create hierarchies and dependencies among our tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We think it would be nice if Smartsheet had an online chat system that could connect us with our external staff easily. Sometimes we need to communicate with them quickly and directly, and it would be great if we could do that within Smartsheet. We would like to see a feature that lets us click on a button and start a chat with anyone using Smartsheet, even if they are not in our company network or using Skype.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We would recommend Smartsheet to any company with a lot of staff who are not very IT-savvy. You can also customize your sheets according to your needs and preferences. Smartsheet is a versatile and powerful tool that can boost your productivity and collaboration. We can filter by status, comments, dates, owners, etc. It is convenient when we have a lot of data and need to find specific information quickly. We can assign owners, set deadlines, track progress, and attach files to each task. It’s very convenient and helps us stay organized and on track.
