Users can organize and manage work efficiently in no time. It is very easy to use. It allows sharing of files to the members which helps all of the teams and users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a flexible software and covers all data viewing options. It performs precise operations and provide organized setup for the work. It controls the activities in a simple way which is easier for users to understand. It saves time in managing the work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One big drawback is that you cannot attach multiple files in an automated workflow. For the members of the team, it is a great problem. Smartsheet is very expensive. It attracts only a specific amount of people.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It should lower the price of the subscription. So that all ranges of teams can have access to it. It should provide a free version as well. By this the user and teams can view what are they buying and can use it for a while.

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

This is the easiest to use and most intuitive software you will ever get, all team members learning to use it immediately and quickly and almost automatically, the work was executed more efficiently without any hiccups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way in which day-to-day functions can be automated is great; I can schedule reminders to be done automatically by Smartsheet, so I can notify my colleagues of daily or weekly functions they need to do. I can also see the changes that have been made to the sheet and who in my team has made them; and if I want to see the content prior to the change made, with the Cell History action I can do it, so I am aware of all the progress of the tasks performed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there are many projects and lines on the sheet it can be overwhelming, which would be nice if you can group the sheets of the same project. Its mobile version does not compare to the web version, it is very deficient and lacks many of the functions and tools that you can have when you sit at the computer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The whole work team has found it quite useful, the workflow has improved considerably and tasks that used to become tedious and routine, such as remembering weekly reports and notifying the delivery of daily tasks, are now done automatically. For this reason for me Smartsheet is the best.

It's highly effective project management and team collaboration tool that is easy to learn and also to manage compared to other similar platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it helps me to organize, track and accomplish all my tasks. Also I like how it empowers teams to manage projects, automate processes and to find solutions. I also like it's user friendliness. It's Price is also very reasonable

It does what it is needed,I have no dislike towards it
