What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It stands out with strong integrations , workflow automation and real time visibility accross projects which other platform doesnt while making it suitable for both simple tracking and complex enterprise use cases.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect is its familiar spreadsheet style interface combined with strong automation and collaboration features which makes it easy to adopt while still being powerful for managing projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost involved for its advanced features like resource management and portfolio level reporting. Also, reporting and dashboards can feel less flexible compared to more advanced PPM tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are considering Smartsheets then start with a clear use case and keep your setup simple initially as it is easy to over complicate it. Focus on leveraging its spreadsheet style interface and automation early and ensure proper data structure for better reporting and scalability.

spreadsheet simplicity with enterprise workflow control

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Structured workflow and ease of use help in rapid adoption for users. Also, the workforce management enables efficient and smart execution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my opinion advance analytics limitations and scaled performance constraints plays a great role in impacting efficiency.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend to adopt more structured workflows, on the other hand, assess the reporting and cost. And, the advanced features also need updates. If you can improve the scalability, that's a plus!

What differentiates Smartsheet from other similar products?

It doesn't lock me into a single methodology like Agile or Waterfall. I can run marketing campaigns, product roadmaps, operations workflows or even lightweight CRM processes all in the same environment without friction. That adaptability is something many competing tools struggle with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can setup workflows for approvals, status changes or reminders without needing any technical background and once it's in place, a lot of the repetitive coordination just disappears.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's very capable, but there are moments where I feel the limits of its spreadsheet DNA.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it with a real project before committing fully.
