It is not intuitive and is difficult to find things in it within. There are too many different places for people to comment and that makes collaboration difficult. Plus, the reassignment of tasks and the notification does not seem to sync with the way people think of work flows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try before you invest time, money and resources. There are many other products that are less money and way easier for your team to use

It's great in the balance between planning and execution of projects. The deadline reminders, assigning tasks and sharing updates with stakeholders, I found this very practical in using less separate applications. Client management functionalities are a big plus too, in cases the team needs to manage outsourced or outside projects.

Project scheduling and work management functionality were definitely the best part. Those can easily identify potential bottlenecks so project remain on track.

Some of the reporting features are difficult to understand. Others need additional configuration to make them truly practical, and there's a bit of a learning curve for the interface for beginners.
