What differentiates TrendAI Vision One from other similar products?

Trend Micro is always improving the product and adding new features. they stay on top of and mitigate current risks immediately. They are a wonderful partner to work with and their product is fantastic. Using Apex One and Vision One has greatly reduced our Cyber Risk and increased our visibility into what is happening on our network especially with the introduction of telework into our environment.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I receive weekly reports in my email with our risk score so I know which clients need patching. Trend Micro is also consistently adding new features and they do a wonderful job of training and demoing the new features to their customers. Working with them has been fantastic and the customer service has been some of the best we have ever received.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Mobile device management is tied to Azure Active directory or another cloud product which makes it difficult to implement if your domain has not already been migrated to the cloud.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely reach out to them and request a demo as well as a free trial. The product is easy to setup and manage and it's very powerful. Anytime we have had a concern about a new threat Trend Micro has already had mitigations and detections in place. They are a great partner and they truly believe in and stand behind their product. I also love that they have incorporated the Mitre Attack framework into their product and use that as one of the guides for detecting and mitigating unknown malicious activity.

What differentiates TrendAI Vision One from other similar products?

Trend Micro introduces XDR. Connected all security devices/applications centrally where threats information can be seen easily and mitigate them timely. SIEM had a big gape as it could not cover all security events due to laciness of Administration. SIEM has lots of logs on daily basis and requires more human interaction for fine tuning and still remains big challenge. XDR created workbench for investigation and mitigation.

Be on yourself technically. Trend Support needs improvement.
