What differentiates Twilio SendGrid Email API from other similar products?

SendGrid is easy to use, and navigation is very smooth. SendGrid integrates functionality, organizes a knowledge base of customer data, and facilitates list segmentation, helping to efficiently design campaigns tailored to each list's trends.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that SendGrid serves as our lead prospecting management hub, where automation, segmentation, and scheduling improve follow-up and enable us to regularly target them with promotional emails. SendGrid captures it all, simplifies analysis of campaign results, and clearly explains response parameters and other interactions. The templates are excellent and provide an important starting point to start producing impactful campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

SendGrid restricts us from modifying the specified customization or making some changes, I like having more freedom to make some adjustments from time to time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SendGrid helped us focus more on customer needs during campaigns. Also, thanks to comprehensive reports, we gained documented knowledge about our ability to influence and the extent of customer response to our campaigns, which enabled us to maintain continuity of corrective actions that support our achievement.

SendGrid gives a wider scope for marketing and offers a bigger range of things that can be done

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Scheduled campaigns

What do you dislike most about this product?

It seems to go offline sometimes which stops the automated emails from going out well, if this could be rectified then nothing else is a problem

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you have more than 50 people to email more than once a week, this is definitely the application for you
