What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
It has very good interface with easy to understand notifications section which makes it different for other applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In Workday my favourite aspect is compensation part where you can see your compensation its bit easy to access.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing is dislike in this product but they have to work on goal setting part because there is now clue how to fill it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I just recommend that they have to make it more simple for uploading data for profile because in slow internet it doesn’t work.

What differentiates Workday Human Capital Management from other similar products?
It brilliantly integrates various HR processes like payroll. performance management, recruiting, time tracking etc into a single platform. User interface is good and easy to understand follow for both employees and professionals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being cloud platform, it provides real time updates and access to various systems. It offers powerful reporting and analytic tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are limitations and less of customization feasibility. It has a steep learning curve.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a unified system centralizing all the HR processes, reduction in manual work.
