What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

The tool is quite strong and capable of producing a variety of detailed and intricate reports. I particularly appreciate being able to monitor activity for certain marketing tasks and observe how my sales team is performing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can quickly see anything I need a report on from Zoho CRM thanks to Zoho Analytics. It enables my staff to work more efficiently and concentrate on the tasks that yield the best outcomes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Despite being a strong tool, it is difficult to set up and frequently necessitates many calls to help to resolve issues. If the first support representative you speak to doesn't have knowledge in that area or if you can't understand them at all owing to language barriers and distance, it can take two or three calls to get the problem fixed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Almost any source can be used to compile data using Zoho analytics. With the help of my team, we have successfully integrated Zoho analytics with specialized in-house programs, cloud-based relational databases (including NoSQL databases), and essential business tools like Mailchimp, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, Twitter Ads, and more.

Zoho Analytics has a very supportive technical team. Furthermore, customizing Zoho Analytics is so simple for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All the features of Zoho Analytics are easy to understand. I do not dislike anything about Zoho Analytics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoho Analytics will discover accurate insights for you, which will help you make better decisions for your company.

Poor mobile responsiveness and no mobile application. Poor customer support
