What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Ease of use, fast deployment, no special skills need to use and deploy

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloud based, Multiple data origins and different dashboards in a couple clicks, ease of use and the Zoho Support are great

What do you dislike most about this product?

not having the ability to use free or viewers only licences, every user should have a full licence, even if they do not modify or create dashboards or reports

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

get a third party vendor to build up all of your dashboards.

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Creating custom dashboards and reports is very easy with Zoho Analytics. Different workspaces can be managed in the same account itself and that is a big plus for us

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of using Zoho Analytics is the visual data representation that it provides. All the dashboards and reports are visually very pleasing and I am able to get better insights from the drill down feature in the analytics dashboard

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the data for the report is reflected in real time, sometimes it takes longer for the report to load.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a very smooth and easy tool to work with your data analytics. I would surely recommend this as Zoho Analytics makes our work super efficient.
