What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?

Zoho Analytics' ease of use simplifies my work. I can now plan messages and get computerized reports, which is convenient. It's great for collaboration, sales workspaces, and dashboard customization. Sales analytics is one of Zoho's best features. We wanted to set up an API for Microsoft Power BI, but it would have required resources. Zoho Analytics made it easy to access Service Desk Plus Cloud data. Testing the app and ensuring it met our reporting needs was helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoho Analytics has an easy-to-use interface with valuable features. I like that it catalogs data, which I've used to sort datasets by quality and readiness. It was easy to search system-wide metadata with Zoho Analytics' AI assistant. Tracking KPIs is easy because we can add web components, widgets, images, and text.

What do you dislike most about this product?

An easier-to-use interface is needed. Some settings are tricky. I have trouble updating widgets and dashboards when source data changes. Adding a new filter requires resetting all filters, which is time-consuming and annoying.

Additional features include the ability to generate various types of reports and visualizations, as well as the ability to build pivot tables. The data synchronization works well linked to the CRM. The UX and UI are equally impressive. Because of our sales analytics cycle's versatility, we can make whatever customizations we want or even develop our process from scratch.

Premium features in this application make analysis more robust and tidy, and that's why we enjoy it. We may use a single platform to keep track of all analytic data, from sales to traffic to the number of visitors, so it is simpler to keep an eye on everything from a single location. Chart representations come in a variety of forms.

What do you dislike most about this product?

First-time installation for any beginner might be a challenge. Getting started takes a long time, and you'll need clearance from the right people. It doesn't allow for much customization, which is critical in large corporations like ours. Aside from that, the formula configuration tool often cannot perform as expected and is improperly set up.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is thus possible to use Zoho one as a small to medium-sized business, but as you develop, you will need to transition to a more robust solution. Zoho Analytics is an excellent option because of the price/benefit ratio and the number of features it offers.
