What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
I've evaluated other systems, but chose Zoho Analytics for its ease of use and extensive customization capabilities. Its functionalities include the creation of interactive panels, personalized reports and monitoring of key KPIs to make informed decisions.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like it because the platform has improved our decision making and allowed us to analyze data more efficiently. It also has a wide variety of compatible data sources, support for predictive analysis and artificial intelligence, as well as complete customization of reports and control panels.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The free version has limitations on the amount of data that can be processed

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
It has a comprehensive reporting feature that is easy to understand to read data analytics and the tool can also fetch data from external sources with just using a simple tag of code.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Zoho analytics is easy to deploy and implement as does not require any technical knowledge
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do see any dislike about the tool yet only that they should consider lowering the cost of the tool

Yes, I would recommend the tool for any business because the tool is easy to use and does not require a lot of money

What differentiates Zoho Analytics from other similar products?
It works well with every business website and comes with simple step integrations with other tools, It has unique feature that measure footprints and records events of users on our website, the most viewed pages and how long they often interact with our website and an application
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the customer support team, they are always responsive to technical questions and on time, I also like the pricing of the software as it does not cost so much money compared to other website analytic tools.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need to have some technical knowledge to understand the data and it becomes too expensive in the long run, also exporting data from the tool is too slow and consumes a lot of time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend the software because it is pricey and comes with good feature
