What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?

The "Zoom Rooms" are straightforward to set up. I like how you can manage all zoom rooms from a single centralised panel. Lastly, I like how zoom rooms support wireless content sharing, screen sharing, and whiteboarding. Whiteboarding features on the iPad application are very smooth, and I enjoy it very much. The user interface is intuitive, and you may invite all types of attendees to the same conference. Integration with third-party applications is too much help to expedite the experience flawlessly. I integrated with Salesforce CRM, Slack MS Team, and Google calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom Rooms have a centralised management system to access everything from a single panel. Especially using the whiteboard experience is really great for me, which is often more functional than trying to leverage cloud-based whiteboard apps. Break-out rooms are very helpful for a small group of people. It uses AI through its Smart Gallery to create video streams of all the people in a Zoom Room meeting. The one who created the rooms has the ability to move between them to check how the different groups are progressing and finally can remove the rooms to merge everyone back into a single video call. Adding calendars from Google is accessible.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom Rooms are working perfectly for me. At once, the internet connection went down. Unfortunately, I had to restart, which was a horrible experience for other participants. Not sure it can be fixed or not.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom family have a strong reputation already in the market, this platform does not require any recommendation. From my end, just use it once then you would realise how cool this platform is?

What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?

The ease of use and the vast number of people it can add to it call. Also, the ease at which we can setup meeting calls and it's link distinguishes it from others

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The clarity of video calls even with more than 50 people on call

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product doesn't really have anything to like although the free video calls can be longer.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend everyone to use this as it has made my life easy during covid and now since I'm studying abroad. I'm sure it'll be helpful to you as well.

What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?

Zoom is very light software. Video quality is somehow good. Host control is easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the host control features. Settings are easy to customize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No third party integration is available. Also cloud backup is not in the list.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need to regularly communicate with team members any time, this is good to go.
