I think the only thing is that it’s an old platform so people are familiar with jt

What differentiates Zoom Rooms from other similar products?

Zoom Spaces' unique feature is its digital canvas with multimedia and interactive videoconferencing. Documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and live data dashboards can be seen together in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Zoom Spaces lets us share and get feedback on important information in a new way. Zoom Spaces lets users work together on documents in real time. Any team member can highlight, mark up, and comment on any type of content. We build insights through analysis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As workspaces get more annotations and data layers, more granular access and visibility controls could be useful. For example, letting users create workspaces with different permissions could help them work together more effectively.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our digital signage board, activated through Zoom Spaces, is the heart of our intelligence center. Dashboards show real-time data, KPIs, and trends. The workspace's persistent state helps us find and fix problems. We become part of the data flow. Zoom Spaces has brought our operations together. We have gone beyond individual spreadsheets and information silos. Our insights, recommendations, and actions come together as one.
