What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?

Maybe that it contains everything you need in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That it's all in one place, helps you get stuff done easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price, although they claim it's less expensive than adding a bunch of other softwares together, not always you use all the features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it for a month and see if it helps your team. If it does, then go for it, usually the value you get from these is a lot more than you pay for it.

What differentiates Basecamp from other similar products?

Basecamp relates the worlds of document sharing & collaboration and communication in one place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It allows for easier contact between employees (the campfire) and a space where we can discuss together, at a distance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be tricky to get notifications to work properly, and by default you receive ALL the notifications.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Check your notifications settings, but use the site to your advantage ! Communicate!
