Birds eye is always improving and creating new features that are very useful

Make sure you connect multiple social media accounts, respond to your clients fast so they can be satisfied

Text messaging feature and link to reviews

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cannot delete personalization features when editing templates, have to redo the whole thing

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Mostly useful for improving reviews and texting patients
