What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?

Great communication from bendors and Tecnical support, Birdeye works very well and helps our law firm to improve our process and get more value from our clients.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Analysis of reviews and control. Birdeye shows us to see what our clients are thinking about us without affecting our rating.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Doesn't have multilenguages options, even that you can create your own templates it could be easy to select the preferred lenguage.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure you understand all features of Birdeye to use all their benefits

The Google Reviews feature

What do you dislike most about this product?

We couldn't use our business number as our texting number in Birdeye. I asked if that was possible during the negotiation process, and they said yes. Then when we signed went through the implementation process, it wasn't possible, and we had to use a number provided by Birdeye.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That it is a great product and I highly recommend using Birdeye.
