What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The OKR (Objectives and Key Results) follow up is brilliant. By connecting the specific marketing actions to our quarterly goals across the globe, my employees will easily feel the amount of effort they have been putting in each day to ensure that the business is growing. It instills a sense of responsibility and transparency that makes it simple to shift the strategies based on real-time performance and progress of the campaign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Inability to establish the notification setup appropriately can be very obtrusive. The availability at all times in different time zones within a global team might be embraced with the so-called notification fatigue. This demands a lot of upfront time to boil out the noise and only the most critical of updates get to the inboxes of the concerned stakeholders.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When recruiting all the workforce, persevere and get your Hierarchy in place. Differentiate the different regional markets at the Space level and Folders to differentiate specific product launches. However, most importantly, train your employees on how to handle their alerts as they come in order to make sure that your employees are not inundated with tons of spam by the platform.

ClickUp's Flexibility makes it stand above other products. Most tools give users a way to work. ClickUp, on the other hand, navigates through how users work, and then builds around them.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I doff my cap for the customization. As a Social Media Manager and content writer, I loved how I could build my own workspace, and not just adjust views.

What do you dislike most about this product?

ClickUp can feel “too much” sometimes. There are just so many features.. you can get lost in options you don’t really need. When I first onboarded, I spent more time setting up the perfect system than actually working.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would advise those who handle complex workflows and multiple content channels to make use of the product. Also, those who love building systems that match how they work. I can also recommend it for those who are tired of flipping between 6 different tools

Being an all-in-one product management tool, supporting features like road mapping, requirements, sprints, tasks, docs, whiteboards, a dashboard, chat, etc. make it a unique one on its own. Also, it reduces context switching and centralizes workflows, plus offering strong integration capabilities over thousands of tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how ClickUp consolidates many tools, such as task management, chats, docs, time tracking, and road mapping, into one unified platform. All these make it versatile, reducing the involvement of multiple external sources. Especially the AI assistant for automation tasks, generating docs, and summarizing feedback is a valuable and helpful addition. It integrates Docs and Whiteboard, linked directly to tasks, enabling smooth collaboration and documentation. I love the way I can make customizations in the dashboard for my ease and create automations efficiently.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There’s nothing much to dislike about it. All services are excellent, and I even appreciate this tool for providing such fantastic performance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ClickUp offers deep and advanced customization, but it's best to start with simple functionality. As in defining a clear folder, list, and hierarchy structure based on your workflow. It is surely feature-rich, but invest time in training to use it effectively.
