user friendly, easy installation for core server and client servers easy to get logs and send logs to support for troubleshooting

What differentiates Commvault Cloud from other similar products?

The combability with different solutions and software from a unique console

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The cost saving in storage, the compatibility with different environments like virtual machines, physical servers, Oracle, Microsoft, etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost of the license is expensive so you need to consider it in your IT Budget. The interface is not to intuitive, you will need a course to understand how its work Reports generation is not easy, and not include out of the box

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

First, you need to analyze your environment to see what kind of license best fix to your organization needs. Ones you have this, you will pay a course for your team, if not, it will be hard for them understand how Commvault work

Extremely reliable, fantastic mix of features, newer features such as content indexing are not as thoroughly documented and somehow less reliable than the backup and recovery features

reliability of backup and restore operations

quality of support services has decrease throughout the pandemic, support department sometimes seems undersized
