Excellent tool to manage all areas of HR

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

One of Dayforce's strongest points is its ability to automatically calculate payroll. Payroll has been greatly simplified and accelerated by this new functionality. In addition, they provide a unified platform for all HR needs, including but not limited to recruitment, personnel records management, benefits administration, and more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dayforce helped us fix an issue we were having with the hiring process for supervisors. Our application procedure is now more streamlined, and the involvement of managers has been maintained. I've always admired the intuitive design of hiring tools. It streamlines the application and screening procedures.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI is very confusing for managers because of the multiple timesheet views. Even after extensive training of staff and management, we continue to run into difficulties.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We're switching to an electronic system from one based on paper. With the help of the document management and library features, we can keep track of all of our employees' information in a safe and organized manner.

What differentiates Dayforce from other similar products?

The biggest difference for me is how much it reduces the need to use multiple systems. Everything is connected, which makes managing employees and day-to-day operations a lot smoother. I think it's not perfect, but it definitely makes the work easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like most is how much time it saves. The platform keeps important employee and payroll information connected, which helps reduce manual work and makes daily tasks more easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it feels like there are too many clicks to get to certain settings or information. It's not a big issue, but it can be a little frustrating when you're in a hurry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your company needs an all-in-one HR and payroll solution, it's definitely worth a look. Just be prepared for a bit of a learning curve in the starting.

Unlike many competitors that rely on batch updates, Dayforce processes payroll and workforce data continuously, providing more accurate and timely insights.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Dayforce is it's real time payroll and workforce data visibility, enabling faster and more informed operational decisions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As a CRM manager what I most dislike about this product is it can be complex and time consuming

My recommendation is to someone who considering this product is that it is a unified HCM platform with strong payroll and workforce management capabilities
